4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb total)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil; 1/2 oz), patted dry and coarsely chopped

3/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes

1/4 cup dry white wine

3/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

 

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then brown chicken, turning once, about 6 minutes total. (Chicken will not be cooked through.) Transfer with tongs to a plate.

We've been jamming out Abuse Me, so we might add it...

 

Greatest View, because I couldn't win the argument against it...I like the song but it's not my favorite....I wanted Anthem For The Year 2000, but I was out voted...

 

I had to make them learn the MGB songs...and I get to sing them...so I wasn't pushing to hard.

I agree, I would have preferred something from the first album, but I was vetoed...

 

I would love to do more MGB...I'm taking guitar lessons after xmas, so I can stop relying on other people for music to set my words to, and so I can play more MGB and MGB by myself.
