16 Blocks. i wanted to shoot the black guy because of his voice. and he didn't stop talking. and he talked. and he talked. and he talked. and he talked about nothing. and he talked some more about nothing. nothing nothing nothing. and then how he walked i wanted to shoot him for that too. the whole movie was rediclouse and predicatble. don't see it. don't see it at all.

I saw Transamerica yesterday. It was pretty good, though fell into a few cliches, but nice. Felicity Hoffman gave a good performance there.

I just finished watching crash. It was extremely good. the one part that didn't seem to work was wahtshername falling down the stairs. It seemed melodramatic and pointless.

it's one of those weird ones that's pretty much only available on netflix. it's documentary-style, and it reminds me a lot of Best in Show. the main plot isn't the funniest i've ever seen, and at times it's obvious that they're trying too hard, but their little side humor bits are SO FREAKING HILARIOUS.
