I got $430 which is going towards a new guitar

-a lacoste long sleeve shirt

- 2 records, spoon's ga ga ga ga ga, and brendan canning's "something for all of us"

- the pitchfork 500 best songs of the last 30 years book

-$50 moxies giftcard, $25 mcdonalds, and $25 lcbo

-my girlfriend got me a dachsund calendar

-couple of cigars, a 12 pack of budweiser, mickey of captain morgans

-and a lot of chocolate

* $25 Milestones gift card - From my grandparents

* A crapload of Disney Princess merchandise (Cinderella mug, glitter glue, stickers, pens, bath foam, lip balms) - From my ex's mum & Dad

* A High School Musical pen and singing toothbrush, A Wii, WiiFit, Raving Rabbids TV Party, Disney's ThinkFast, 500 wiipoints and an extra Wiimote & Nunchuck - From My ex

* High School Musical 3 Dance for wii (with dance pad!) - My ex's bro (and good friend). He even wrapped it in High School Musical gift wrap...cut Zac Efron's head off some of the paper, and glued it onto Ashley Tisdale's body...and wrote a comment on how illegal it is to want his body.

* A Roxy hoodie and $300 - My mum

* Fern Gully DVD (It's an injoke), Vol. 1 of the Dark Tower graphic novel and Raving Rabbids - From my ex's cousin (and good friend)

* A bottle of wine - My mum's bf

* A sweater from Bluenotes, A Sailormoon Moon Crescent Wand (old childhood toy I lost a long time ago), Oklahoma! Soundtrack (The one with Hugh Jackman!), Vol. 1 & 2 of Grimm's Fairy Tales graphic novel, Vol 1 of Mouse Guard graphic novel, assorted candies (including like 6 Kinder Surprises) - Kevin

 

A very full and materialistic holiday. Also probably got the most toys ever this year haha

why did you get so much shit from your ex? if i were kevin i would be pissed.

My ex and I are best friends. We spend quite a bit on each other for birthdays and Xmas. I'm paying for his first tattoo for his Xmas gift, and bought him a bottle of his cologne, so it's evening out in monetary value.

 

Kevin's not pissed at all, he understands how close I am to Keith and his family. They mean a lot to me. Keith's family loves Kevin too, everyone in Keith's family bought Kevin some Xmas gifts too.

 

Besides, Kevin gets a new wii, no reason to be pissed there ;)

I told Mark not to get me anything since I got my engagement ring three weeks ago but he got me stuff anyways:

I was actually quite surprised by everything this year. Spent lots of time with family and friends just enoying each and it was great.

The big ticket items are a Hepa Filter for my room (I think my house may have mold, and I've been a sick motherfucker for the past few months), a digital camera, and some magic cards. I also got a ton of books, some random gift cards, lots of socks, etc (I have a really big family).

 

Yesterday was also my 4th consecutive Christmas dinner in a row (Dad, Mom, Step dad, girlfriend), so I'm currently a plus-sized Owen.

The kids got half a toystore, and a full wardrobe...it works like that when you have 5 sets of grandparents(counting my mom, who bought them 7 outfits a piece.)

In my case, I always ask for socks and boxers from my mom and my grandmother. Here's the method to my madness...I figure if they only by me that stuff, they won't spend money on me. My mom usually get's me other stuff in addition though.

 

Which reminds me, I got boxers too.
